Hey Nandita, Thigh toning exercises are most effective only once your body fat percentage is in normal range. Thigh toner exercises are like lunges, squats, thigh raises, thigh rotations, leg pushs ,leg press, etc. You need to do these exercises for atleast 2 sets of 12 counts.
