There are pros and cons of tanning before or after exercising. If you decide to tan before your work out you may left with less energy for your work out. Similarly, if you finish your work out and tan, you have already depleted your water levels by sweating. You may get dehydrated. Drink plenty of water either which ways you use to tan. You should try out both options and see which suits you better.
