Should i exercise in the morning?

    There is no such hard bound rule that, you should exercise in the morning. But it’s better if you can do so because after a good amount of sleep at night, body is in good state both physically and mentally to carry out exercises. Since the body is in relaxed state, one can do exercises effectively. Exercising in the morning makes one feel fresh whole day but the feeling is subjective, it all depends on your comfort level and the time which is suitable for you to workout efficiently. The physiological effects of exercises remain same no matter when you do. What matters is consistency. Be regular with your exercises and get benefited.

    For what you got like this doubt. The best time to do the exercise in the morning. Any kind of exercise or simple walk in the morning, improves blood circulation to make you very active & helpful to do ur work very fast & more actively.

    Here good health for exercise because when u wakeup that time body is normal and heart beat is regular and blood circulation is slow but when u move your body and do exercise that time blood circulation is fast this is good for your heart'

    I think it is, as people mentioned in the previous comments it will make you feel fresh and it is also very good for your blood circulation. Make sure you sleep at least 8 hours though.

    I am planning on running 5kms tomorrow morning!

    Hey Rency,
    Working out in morning is really a nice idea. Researches has shown that working out in morning helps to burn more calories, improve your fitness level and keep your energetic whole day. These benefits are more worth if you exercise in open atmosphere so as you can breathe in fresh oxygen.
