Cycling is a good exercise for your body and especially your legs. But when you cycle too much then your legs might feel stiff or exhausted. There are many sprays available at your nearest chemist/drug store for the stiffness. Make sure if your legs are too tired after cycling, take a bit of rest by sitting down on a chair or something, then after some time slowly massage your thighs, knee area, and finally the calves in order to loosen the muscles so that they relax. IF you plan to take a nap, and then make sure you apply some spray like thing on the legs and then you rest.

    Hey Nandita,
Tired legs after cycling can be relaxed by doing more of cool down exercises and some stretching for leg muscles like for calves, hamstring and quadriceps muscles. Use icing for your leg muscles and drink lots of water to help your body to recover from workout.
