Generally excess calories are converted into fat & stored in hip & thighs especially for womens. So maintain your calorie intake which is 1200-1300 calories per day( sedentary work like house wife, teacher, like very work). Avoid oily foods, junk foods, salty foods, etc. Include more of vegetables, fruits in your diet , don't skip or avoid your meals.
