How to Reduce Fat From Lower body? Especially the hips and thighs area. Any tips?

    Hi Swati,
    Lower body fat can be reduced by combining cardiovascular exercises along with Resistance training exercises. Cardio exercises helps to burn body fat while resistance training exercises helps to reduce your thighs and tone up your thigh muscles. Also, try keeping yourself as active as possible so as to keep on burning calories no matter we burn less calories.

    Hi Swati

    Generally excess calories are converted into fat & stored in hip & thighs especially for womens. So maintain your calorie intake which is 1200-1300 calories per day( sedentary work like house wife, teacher, like very work). Avoid oily foods, junk foods, salty foods, etc. Include more of vegetables, fruits in your diet , don't skip or avoid your meals.
    1.Drinking plenty of water can raise your metabolic rate and help the body burn fat faster.2.Good sources of lean proteins include lean meats, soy products,Egg white,sprouts, beans and fish. Eatint these foods can reduce abdominal fat by boosting metabolism and turning the body into a fat-burning faster.3.By eating high amount of fiber ,the body will consistently burn fat and turn off its fat-storing mode. Some of the fiber-rich foods are oatmeal, bran cereals,Grains, fresh fruits and vegetables.4.Good fats include omega-3 fatty aids from oily fish; alpha-linolenic acid from flaxseed and soybean oils; and monounsaturated fat from olive oil, avocados and nuts.These kind of fat accelerate the metabolism and make you feel full for longer time.
