The printable running log can be maintained in following ways. It can be used for the entire year with you jus mentioning the name of the month at the top and following the year. You can calculate for the entire month as each month has 4 weeks and divide the chart accordingly. Per week should consist of 7 days in it and each day should record the time you started your running and the time you ended it. After maintaining the time note the pace you at which you ran and then for how many hours you ran and the time taken by you to rest. Also mention the starting point and the ending point of the route so that you get the idea of the distance covered by you. And in the end of the rows keep a total of averages for all the above particulars so that you come to know your running log for the entire month.
