    Hey Salman,
Sweating is one of the means to maintain body’s core temperature. Distribution of sweat glands is not same throughout the body, there is a significant regional difference in gland number and gland size. Moreover sweat from different parts of body is produced in different ways for example, when you are working hard you tend to sweat more on your face and upper body, while in case of emotional stress your hands and soles of the feet sweat out more. This is because the different sweat glands are activated in different ways.

As far as losing weight from thighs is concerned you need to burn calories and intensify your workout. There is no isolated exercise to get spot reduction. I will suggest you to prolong your cardio workout and do some toning exercises to tone your thighs and bring them in shape.
