    Hey, here are few more tips to stay motivated to exercise:
    *You can also post motivational quotes and posters of your favorite models on the walls of bed room, so that when you that your motivation level is always boosted up to prepare yourself for exercises.
    * Modify your exercises to make them interesting, bring variation not only to improve fitness but also to keep boredom away.

    For the motivation You should have goals
    or there's no reason to workout and no way to select the best exercises in developing you program. So, for motivation, you will have create some goals. Then, you have a place to begin and you can start working on your program and then worry about motivation.
