Sleeping for a minimum of eight hours every night is absolutely essential for the brain. When you wake up in the morning your brain must be refreshed and active. The first thing that you should do is drink a glass of water and then go for a run or do something physical. Early morning sex is also a great way to get the brain up and running. Some form of physical activity in the morning will make sure that you are ready to face the day. You will feel refreshed and energized at the end of your early morning exercises routine.

By doing morning exercise has many benefits to our body. *A positive start to the day & keep up the good work in whole day & helps to eat proper diet. *Avoiding air pollution. *You wonât need an additional bath in btw ur day. *Early morning exercise help you to burn the fat because by waking up & doing exercise in the morning your force to burn the fat since carbs not there. *Early morning gives fuel to brain & improves over all activity

Hey Nancy, You got a good question. Any exercises done at morning would help your brain to activate and keeps you energetic the whole day. Learning new skills and new exercises is itself a good exercise for your brain too. It would help to build up new neurons and increases the brain efficiency.
