I don't know about mckenzie exercises but there are several easy ones that you can follow. But remember that neck pain wont go away just with exercises and you have to identify the cause of the neck pain. Most people who are lazy and fat develop neck pain as a result of lying around all day. There is no exercise for this and the only cure is to get up and get out. If you want to help yourself then you try some easy massages. All you have to do is use your thumbs and gently press the affected area. You can even ask someone else to do it for you.

    Hey Pallavi,
Mckenzie is one of a well known way to eliminate pain by treating the root cause. Most back and neck pains are reduced by bending back. There is something called as mckenzie exercise in which you need to lie down facing down on mat, palms placed on ground and elbows bent. Then slowly come up lifting your body with your hands and look upwards as the 7 th position of Suryanamashkar or alos known as Cobra pose ( bhujangasana ).This would help you to reduce your neck pain.
