    Jumping on the fitness bandwagon are we? Good, welcome! There are several ways to get fit and stay fit. First and foremost you have to make some changes in your life style.
    Smoking: Smoking is one of the main reasons for loss of fitness and if you give this up then you are likely to be much more fitter. If you are a heavy smoker then try and restrict yourself and reduce smoking over a period of time.
    Alcohol: Alcohol in moderate amounts is good for the body, but being humans we always tend to overdo it and therefore ruin our bodies. Reduce at all costs.

The key to a healthy living lies in consuming health foods and exercising daily at the same tine eliminating unhealthy foods like fried and junk food products to avail maximum benefit. Exercising is a great stress buster and the best way to stay fit and energetic throughout the day. You are likely to perform better in various other realms and will also be able to maintain a balance between work and health. Your conscious efforts will enable you to achieve your goals faster. So, even if you end up deterring a couple of times, keep making an effort until you succeed.
