Knee and chest exercises will help to tone up your knee and chest muscles. Knee weight training exercises are like static quads, squats, lunges, knee raises in sitting position, etc. We need to do these exercises for 3 sets of 15-20 counts. But make sure that if you have knee problem then, make sure dont do any lunges or squats as it will lead to increase your knee problem. Chest exercises weight training exercises are like chest press, chest fly, chest pull over, chest push ups,etc. We need to do these exercises for 3 sets of 15 counts. These type of workout plan will help you to reduce your chest and strengthen your knee joint. If you want to increase chest muscles then do 2 sets of 12 counts.
So, depending on your goal you can choose your own workout.
