Hi Aruna, Yes, Stair climbing is a good aerobic activity. Stair climbing is also a convenient option for peoples who want to exercise at home. But make sure you dont have any knee problems, back and ankle pain as stair climbing put a lot of stress on your knee and ankle joint .
