Is running in the morning better?

    Running is anytime better weather it is done in morning or evening time.But if you prefer it in morning,it helps to kick start your metabolism and helps you to feel fresh and energetic through out the day.But if you don't have time in morning you can do it in evening time as it is also helpful to maintain weight as well as weight related health problems.

    The idea behind this is that you burn bodyfat if you exercise in the morning since your body uses up it's glycogen stores during sleep when you're not eating. However, your body is also a lot more likely to burn muscle since you're in a catabolic state due to the 'fast' that occured while you slept. It is better if you wake up in the morning early and you are able to manage timings throughout the day also.
