Jumping rope is a good home based cardio exercise which helps to burn calories. But our body tend to get used to a same exercise routine repeated for more than a month so its better to keep on making some variation. This variation can be in a form of pace, frequency, or change in exercise pattern. You can even try variations in jumping rope like.Single leg jumping, Double leg jumping, alternate leg jump,Single leg high knees, double leg high knees, Criss cross, run skipping,Ali Shuffle etc.
Ali shuffle is like to use most of your Upper body while jumping rope like moving your upper body side to side, criss cross, back and front etc.
