Whenever we do workout, our body tends to increase in a temperature while we exercise so our body tend to sweat, which reduces water content from our body.Even when we exercise vigorously our body muscles goes under micro tear so to help recovering it, our body need essential nutrients which can be delivered only if our body is well hydrated. So we can drink water 3-4 sips every 20 min.

    Hi Deeksha,
More you sweat more fluid you need to be replaced. But rather drinking water at a time, we can drink 2-3 sip in each 30 min of workout. So it will help keeping your body well hydrated and so the post muscle soreness will reduce. Also, it will reduce your muscle fatigibility as water is the only means for performing any biological process in our body.
