For underweight people aerobics sessions should be done on alternate days. On other days they should go for weight training and other muscle strengthening exercises to tone their muscles. Also, they should have some food with-in one hour after doing any exercises.

    Hi ,
Aerobic exercises are more to burn calories, reduce body fat percentage and improve endurance. If you want to do aerobic exercises then make it alternate days with resistance training exercises. Try lifting maximum weight you can for 12 counts and 2 sets. Dont do aerobic exercises more than 40 min at a time. And do resistance training exercises for 25 min targeting two muscle group at a time. Resistance training exercises helps to build muscle mass and thus muscle will replace fat. If you combine this exercises with your aerobics then there is no wrong doing aerobic exercises.
