Are there any intellectual benefits of exercise? Yes there are. Exercising not only keeps your body fit and healthy but also your thinking. It plays on your mind. When you are trim and slim, you feel more confident and positive. You are open to receive more and absorb what is happening around. You feel alert and lively. You are physically and mentally healthy and fit. To keep your brain active, you can play brain games. There are a lot of online brain games these days. You could also enrol in short courses available. Exercise does benefit all ages, young and old.
