Road cycling is a good sports to improve our cardiovascular endurance and to burn more calories. So going for a cycling for more than 30 min will help burning about 300-400 calories depending upon the speed of cycling. Also make sure you keep your back straight and look forward to avoid stress coming on your neck and back. Also, try going for cycling in morning it will help to improve BMR and also will make you feel fresh and energetic till the end of a day.
