you should breathe with your mouth insteadf of nose while running. If you attempt to breathe through your nose while running, your facial muscles will tighten and your jaw will have a tendency to clench ... . The act of breathing through your mouth will encourage your facial muscles to relax and therefore create a more relaxed composure ... . If you still feel you are out of breath Slow down a bit.

    hi Shobha,
Lifemojo Expert is right. Breathing while running is extremely important as it is the means that will provide energy to our muscles. While running we can do cadence breathing which may help you to breath efficiently. Cadence breathing is in which you breath in on first step and then after 2 steps of a run again breathe out depending on the step length and pace. This type of breathing will help to take in oxygen without getting out of breathe.
