Training to run is fairly easy and can be done in limited time. The type of training would depend on your requirements. Training starts with eating the right type of food and this is extremely important. If you eat right, then you will have higher energy levels and you stamina will also improve. You can start running at home if you have a treadmill and this will be helpful in getting into the feel of things. After this, you should hit the streets and just start running. For the first few days take it slow and limit the distance. as you get used to it, increase the distance and your speed.

    Hi Nidhi,
RUnnind is an intense workout which requires good endurance and stamina of our body so as to perform well. Training for running can be started by training our body first for brisk walking then after 2 weeks we can progress to jogging then after 2 weeks we can progress to running. So as our body suddenly dosent get loaded with run. Also ,we need to look into our better posture to increase our performance like keeping back and neck straight, look forward and swing hands relaxing shoulders. Stretching of lower body is extremely important to keep our lower body flexible. These all things can help preparing yourself for run.
