    Then having healthy diet is the only option for you. But, combining regular exercises along with your healthy diet would work much better for your weight loss programme. You would take in less calories through diet but combining it with a regular exercises, you would even burn calories. So at the end of a week you can put a deficit of more amount of calories. So i would suggest you to try exercises along with dieting. And loosing 10 kgs in 15 days is a work of magic and not real. It is more advisable that you reduce not more than 4 kgs at the end of a month so as to have a healthy weight reduction. So think once before you set any goals. You would challenge your health by loosing 10 kgs even in a month time.

    10 kgs within 15days without exercise, it is very hard to reduce & not possible to lose. It also not healthy way to reduce the 10kg within 15days. In 15 days you can lose 1.5kg with combination of diet & exercise, some of lifestyle modification. Restrict fatty foods, empty calories drinks, junk foods. Choose healthy foods, drink plenty of water. Focus on good fat . Do exercise for 45mins in a day. Sleep well.

    I also wanaa loose abt 5 kg in 20 days ..bt cant do heavy exerise ..m basicaly a walker so suggest abt walking hour ..n also wanna know abt yoga .. for reducing weight ..

    Again it is not advisable to lose 5 kg in 20day. But you can try to lose in a month. Continue ur walking but increase ur fast & timings- 45-60mins in a day. Along with walk try some other cardio exercise with strict diet. Drink plenty of water daily & drink warm water with lemon before doing any exercise(before 30min). Take green tea instead of tea or coffee.

    Hey Roshni,
    You should not go for any rapid weight loss. This could prove harmful for your body. Go for a healthy weight loss and target a pound of weight loss at the end of a week. You can even just walk and do skipping for fat loss.
