    To recover our body after a marathon run, we need to so some stretching exercise immediately after a run. Also try to take deep breathes so as to deliver a good amount of oxygen after so much of muscle work.

    Nishthha is right. To recover our body, we need to provide your body with a lot of nutrition and relaxation so as to bring our body out of stress. Relaxation can be done by taking a hot water bath and taking a body massage. Hydrate your body properly. These all things will help to recover your body after running a marathon.
