Road cycling needs a good stamina, strong lower body and a good lower body flexibility. So we need to improve with our lower body endurance by doing more of lower body exercises for 30-40 min in a day and also include lower body stretchings like Hamstring stretching, Quadriceps stretching, glutei stretchings, etc.. Try to do for 5/week and go for Running ,jogging, for 40 min in a day ,5/week.
