If you are working and willing to join a gym then match your shift with the gym timings, generally work out time for boys are 5AM to 9AM and then 5PM to 9PM. Fix a time where you can take shower and the additional diet after working out.
In the gym do not go for heavy weight lifting otherwise you will be tired and will not be able to manage your work. Consult your gym instructor and go for Arm circles, Knee pushups, reverse crunches etc.
If you can establish a small home gym with some dumbbells and barbells then that will be the best option.

    Hey Nishthha,
Managing gym sessions is always being one of the major problems with all professional individuals. You can get up early and hit gym that would best thing to start your day. This would help to keep you fresh whole day and help to manage your timings too. Again there is other option of night workout but you wont be able to put your energy as you can out in morning. This is due to whole day of tiring work in office. So look into your time schedule and go for a gym.
