Muscles soreness post workout is felt only after 12-24 hrs of the workout especially if starting with a new exercise regime, increase of intensity of the exercises or change in a sports . Soreness is a result of damage occurred to our muscles due to hard core workout. Muscles soreness is a normal response to adaptation to the new exercises. Muscles recovers soon as it gets adapted to the variation of the exercises. Muscle recovery can be fasten up by applying ice pack for not more than 10 min and massage the muscles bulk for 10 -10 min.

Recovery of muscles after workout depends on various factors like intensity, duration, type of exercises etc. It is very important to recover completely before you go for the next workout. Here are some of the tips to recover faster after workout :
    * Do proper cool down after you have done with your workout. Cool down should be a part of your exercise regime.
    * Rehydrate your self with sufficient fluids like water, juices, sports drink etc.
    * try consuming your post work out meal within one hours of work out. Post work out meal should be rich in easily digestible and rich in carbohydrates and proteins.
    * Go for relaxation techniques like sports massage, contrast bath, ice pack etc.
    * Have proper sleep and healthy diet.
