To get rid of belly fat you need to have the combination of exercises and healthy diet. There are two types of exercises which we can do to reduce belly fat. i.e. Cardio exercises and weight training exercises. Cardiovascular exercises are the one of the best exercises to burn calories and thus reduce body fat percentage. Cardiovascular exercises includes swimming, skipping, jogging, brisk walking ,etc. We need to do these exercises atleast for some 45 min, 5/week for better results. So, if you want to loose weight by burning more of the calories then cardio exercises should be your first choice. Also , we dont want to loose muscle mass too so we need to include a little bit of resistance training exercises like Running, jogging, brisk walking, swimming, skipping, etc.. we need to do these exercises atleast for 30 min 4/week for better results.
