According to the studies, the people who workout in the morning are more benefited than who do it on any other time of the day. Before you start your workout make sure you have Pre-workout meal which is important as it gives you ample of energy for workout. Also warm-up is important as the body was in relaxed state for a long time. For back pain patients, avoid lifting heavy weights in the morning as the intra-discal pressure is high, which can worsen the condition.

    Hi Geetanjali,
Exercising in morning is a good start of your day. Studies has showed that the person who exercise in morning burns more calories than we burn during any other time of day. Exercising in morning should be started by having light but healthy meal like fruit juice without sugar, or a fruit. As our stomach will be empty in morning so its important to have something to provide sufficient energy.
