After my graduation I had put on 15 pounds of weight and was not exercising at all. But gradually, I tried to change myself and made it a habit to workout for at least three days in a week. But now, I walk 5 days in a week for 45 minutes and also combine light jogging exercises with it. My advice would be to choose your favorite activity as your exercise program. Or buy a treadmill. This way you will develop a habit of exercising regularly. And early morning is the best time to get your heart pumping. Your mind is fresh and you are filled with energy that will help you workout more.

Hi , Even i agree with Smith. Choose your favorite activity like dancing, Skipping, Jogging, Swimming as your workout then you will even enjoy more. Also, do some resistance exercises while watching T.V. like Crunches, Lunges, Squats, etc . So we can include noth types of exercises in our daily routine.
You need to push yourself to do exercise. You may feel doing exercise as bore and many times neglect to do. Best way is to, make your exercises interesting by involving into group exercises, use music to boost your entho, prefer exercises which you like so that you do it whole heartedly and stay motivated towards it. But, always listen to your body and don't go for over training. you need to push yourself to do more exercises and not force it.
