Getting up in the morning is one of the toughest jobs in the world. It may be very easy to plan an exercise scheduled early in the morning but very few may bring this plan to action. Here are some of the tips which will help you to push yourself to do exercise in morning:

    * Before you start your workout, have sufficient hours of good sleep before exercising the next day. Lack of proper sleep will make you feel lazy to get up from the bed and do exercises.

    * Get a collection of your favorite music track to make you feel energetic and motivate to do workout. According to one study music can increase your stamina up to 15 percent.

    * Form your exercise group by enrolling your friends and family members to work out together in the morning. Group exercises keep boredom away and keep everyone motivated to do comparatively more exercise.

    * Be an active member in planning your own exercise regime. Include activities or exercises of your interest like walking, running, hiking, cycling, dancing, swimming etc. It’s better to start your work out with your favorite exercises.

    * Post motivational quotes and posters of your favorite models on the walls of bed room, so that when you get up in morning, you can prepare yourself for exercises.
