    Face exercises are done for bells palsy patients ,or to tone the facial muscles. Blowing air. Frowning, squeezing lips,raisiing eyebrows are some of the exercises for face. Do these exercises and hold the each action for 20 counts and release. Try to do these exercises atleast for 5-6 times a day

    Exercise for Eye Puffiness: Place your three fingers under the eye, pull down, and try to close your eyes. Hold for 10 seconds and release. Repeat for 5 times. This exercise is for removing the puffiness below the eyes.
    Rub your hands together briskly and place the palms over your closed eyes. Take deep breath and relax for 5 minutes. You can do this exercise in your bed or chair, at home or in office. This yoga exercise relaxes the eyes and surrounding areas and soothe the optic nerve. This is very good for relieving tension headache.
    Take out your tongue as far as possible with eyes wide opened and hold for 60 seconds. This exercise is to flush the toxins from the eyes.
    Throw flying kisses. This exercise is for stronger and firmer lips.
    Inhale through mouth and hold the air in your mouth to make a pose of a trumpet player. Hold for 1 minute and slowly exhale from nostrils. Repeat for 5 times. This exercise is good for removing laugh lines and overall toning up of cheeks.

    facial exercises are of great importance to tone up your face and make your face look younger. You can go for some of the simple facial exercises like
    *close your eyes tightly, hold for a count of 10 and then relax. Repeat 10 times.
    *Purse your lips tightly and try to fill air within your mouth, hold for 10 seconds and slowly blow out. You can also try this with water.
    *Blowing balloons, candles, etc. can be a good facial workout.
    *Chewing gums can be a good exercises for the muscles of mastication.
    Facial exercises can be a great fun, by doing these exercises in front of mirror and you can also make faces with different expressions.
