To exercise your chest we have two options to do, either at home or at gym.There are many exercises like Push ups ,hand press which can be done at home .Also we can do gym exercises like chest pull over, Chest press, chest fly etc. These all exercises can be done for 2 sets of 12 counts with the maximum weight for 10 repeatations. This plan will help your chest to get in shape and build it in proper way. But make sure while lifting any weight for chest , try to keep your back straight.
