You can do Bikram yoga at home if you have no time to attend a class. The specialized yogic exercises are performed in a hot room under high levels of humidity. This encourages tremendous sweating leading to quicker weight loss. Most homes don’t have a hot room so it’s best done in your shower. Turn on the hot shower and allow the steam to permeate and heat up. Use the humidifier to increase humidity. Put on some warm clothing for more heat intake. Wear socks for the feet and long sleeves to cover hands. Play the Bikram yoga DVD and some soft music and start working on the yogic exercises. Lie down after the exercise to allow your body to stretch and relax, while you breathe in the hot and humid air.
