Hey...How do you breathe normally? Do you breathe from your chest or belly? While cycling you need to go for the belly breathing since it helps to take more oxygen in to your lungs. If you chest breathe while cycling, you will get exhausted sooner. While belly breathing, you are inhaling air deeply that your diaphragm is full and your belly expands like a balloon. When you exhale, bring your stomach close to the spine which makes the diaphragm is empty. This in turn helps to take fresh breathe of air rich in oxygen in to body. Do not hold your breath and avoid shallow breathing while cycling.
