Correct posture is very important for every activity and sport.Running uphill build strength and endurance. The most efficient running is one where the body has little bouncing motion. The arms should be relaxed on sides moving backward and forward and the legs should be beneath the body.Keep your head upright and neck relaxed. This helps you to keep your breathing steady and prevent neck pain by leaning too much into the hill.

    Hi Rose,
I agree with Lifemojo Expert point. Mostly people tend to lean down while walking uphill which put stress on your back and neck so its better to look in front rather looking down at road and keep your back straight so as to avoid any stress on neck.
