    Stress beyond a point can lead to the various cardiovascular,mental and postural ailments.It also causes anxiety,depression,hypertension ,obesity etc.Exercise or physical activity is known to be a great stress management technique.Exercise improves the overall fitness and gives the feeling of well-being.It helps in reliving stress in many ways like:
    *Reduces the muscle tension- exercise relaxes the muscle and reduces the tension,which is a sign of stress.
    *Exercises releases feel good hormone like seritonin and feel good neurotransmitters like endorphins,which gives the feeling of well-being.
    *Exercise increases pain threshold level,thereby improving your tolerance level.
    *Exercises lowers the risk of health problems like cardiovascular,metabolic syndromes,cancers.
    *Exercises whether aerobic or strength training both helps to burn calories,increases metabolic rate,endurance,strength and lean body mass,thus maintain fitness and also controls being overweight.Also decreases the body fat percentage level.
    *Exercise improves posture by allowing the muscles to be lengthened,flexible and toned.Thus,improving your looks.
    *Exercises regulates the sleeping pattern,making you feel active,relaxed and enthusiastic.
    * It has also been proved that exercises alongwith the medication is effective in treating long-term depression.
    Yoga,pilates,dancing or any of your favorite out door sport can help to lower down the stress levels.

    3. Releasing endorphins, adrenaline, serotonin and dopamines -- chemicals that give
    4. You a sense of well-being.
    Exercise can also improve self-esteem and self worth. You may feel more outgoing and social because of the increased energy and also a better physique creating more confidence and positive self image. Your self-esteem may be enhanced by taking on exercise challenges or goals, giving you a feeling of accomplishment and reward.
