I am 27 and weigh 73. I run on the treadmill on an average 5km in 27 mins. At the end of the workout, i don't gasp for breath, so its pretty ok i guess. During the workout, my heart beat ranges from 175-185 bpm. Can anyone tell me if it's high or low? Also, what should be the ideal heart rate while working out? And if i am on the higher end of bpm, then how should i reduce it??
