Congrats in advance. I think u known about what is going bad in your diet & life style. Control your food craving with healthy snacks, healthy food options, even when you eat out - choose healthy & limit the qty of food. Some of healthy option are
1.Idli/ Rava idli with sambhar (No coconut chutney)
2.Plain dosa/rawa dosa with sambhar (No coconut chutney)
3.Steamed rice with plain dal/ Sambhar
4.Paneer tikka/ Tandoori vegs or baby corn/ Tandoori or roasted or grilled chicken
5. Plain roti with dal/dry veg
6. Grilled sandwich veg/non veg
7. Popcorn and diet coke/ Steamed corn
8. Subway salad/ sandwich with brown bread
9. Thin crust pizza (No extra cheese toppings added)
10. Chinese whole wheat noodles (if available, ask for it)/ Steamed Momos
11. McDonalds Paneer Rolls/ Wraps/ Momos

Diet tips: eat 5 small meals, maintain meal timings & portion control, include of fibers foods, drink plenty of water in a day- 3 liter, drink warm water with lemon after every meal & in the morning.
