Healthy Weight loss for Marriage in 2 months

Hey.... I am 5 feet 1 inch ,quite a short height and weigh 64 kg ... My face doesn't carry that much of fat and neither does my lower body much ... The whole fat is onto my upper body ... i am getting married in 2 months... I look healthy is what all say ... But its actually called being Fat in a cute way! :| i used to weigh 54 kg 2 years back but then i put on weight because i used to do aerobics and then i left them and so i put on weight outta sudden ... there was this fluffiness in my body which is a lot reduced ... i used to walk up and down the stairs at my place for half an hour .... didn't help a lot but to an extent it did.... my only problem is that i sleep a lot ... and irregular eating habits ... though i don't eat much either.... I am trying to manage my sleeping disorder now ... Is there anything that i can do to help with my hypersomnia? and also what all can i do to lose weight? i want to reduce 15 kilos in 2 months ? would that be appropriate for my height? I have been walking for half an hour every day since a month ... that is what i focused on firstly with ... and now i started managing my sleep and also started with lemon water in the morning .... so what should i do to accelerate my weight loss? its been about 26 days since i started walking ... haven't checked my weight yet though ... and yes... i cant control on my diet .. i mean i need to eat every damn thing .... and yes i don't each much but i need to have it ... cravings u see :D i don't help them :P Anyways PLEASE PLEASE tell me what to do ??? I am getting married and i need to look my best on my wedding day !!!!!! Its just with my upper body and stomach .. i don't want to do Abs cos again if i leave doing that i will put on weight ... Also that the freshness in my face shouldn't go ... i do do the artificial things to help enhance my beauty ... i believe in being natural about everything !!! PLEASE HELP!!

    Hi Faiza

    Congrats in advance. I think u known about what is going bad in your diet & life style. Control your food craving with healthy snacks, healthy food options, even when you eat out - choose healthy & limit the qty of food. Some of healthy option are
    1.Idli/ Rava idli with sambhar (No coconut chutney)
    2.Plain dosa/rawa dosa with sambhar (No coconut chutney)
    3.Steamed rice with plain dal/ Sambhar
    4.Paneer tikka/ Tandoori vegs or baby corn/ Tandoori or roasted or grilled chicken
    5. Plain roti with dal/dry veg
    6. Grilled sandwich veg/non veg
    7. Popcorn and diet coke/ Steamed corn
    8. Subway salad/ sandwich with brown bread
    9. Thin crust pizza (No extra cheese toppings added)
    10. Chinese whole wheat noodles (if available, ask for it)/ Steamed Momos
    11. McDonalds Paneer Rolls/ Wraps/ Momos
    Kaatizone Wraps

    Diet tips: eat 5 small meals, maintain meal timings & portion control, include of fibers foods, drink plenty of water in a day- 3 liter, drink warm water with lemon after every meal & in the morning.

    Continue the exercise. By include plenty of fruits & vegetables you can maintain the beauty.

    HEY,Thank you Sujeeta for the wishes and the reply too. Its a lot motivating. I've jotted down the advice and its working!! hopefully i lose the weight i have targeted at and look a beautiful bride :)
