    Meditation and yoga are two options that should be included in children's and young hverdagen.Hvorfor tilbu not everyone who works with children and youth courses in meditation and yoga?
    - Sometimes even have moments with my children / young people and they showed an impressive reception for such activity and the result is just fantastic of course.Machinery and electronics have taken over day management, there is a significant absence of the emotional and the need clearly. Meditation and yoga is a wonderful option that can save young generation too much trouble at all levels

    I agree that meditation has a positive effect on the mind and therefore the body. Have expereinced it personally.
    However find it difficult to do myself without a "guided" session. Is there any "guided meditation" on can download from any website? Pls help!
