What are trying to imply when you say trend? When you're serious about maintaining your health and your fitness, trends don't play a role - you just have to pick whatever suits you best and stick to it. Remember that fitness is not fashion; it's something that should be part of your daily routine. If you're still concerned about trends then low carb diets, athletics, and dancing are catching on. People are slowly realizing the fact that activities that are intense and physical in nature are essential. Speaking of trends, the anti-shoe, a shoe which mimics the feeling of walking on sand, is also catching on.

    Hi Sujatha,
I dint get your question. Can you elaborate your question ? There are lots of various options going on in market for weight loss. Some are effective well, some are not.
