Group workouts and fitness sessions are fun as they provide you with an opportunity to meet like-minded people who strive to be healthy and fit. Varied aerobic workouts, pilates, body balance sessions, lower body workouts for the tummy, butts and thighs, boot camp drills, group stretching, dance forms such as hip hop, Zumba, cardio vascular sessions with the treadmill, exercise cycle and elliptical are popularly followed indoor group activities. Heading outdoors, jogging, swimming, basketball, skating, throw ball help in burning a good deal of calories without actually feeling the strain of the game. Many -a-times when the exercises become boring or monotonous chatting up with fellow members can liven the atmosphere.

    Hey Veronica,
Group fitness classes are more enjoyable and result giving workout than any other workouts. Working out in a group helps to have a competitive workout which results in more encouragement to follow better diet and regular exercises. You can make them do all sort of cardio exercises including skipping, dancing, aerobics, etc.
