Gravity rider exercise machines are sleeker than a treadmill and occupy less space. I am somehow convinced that many a time's equipment's bought for home use don't get used effectively. I personally feel better when I work out at the gym with good music and a trainer to motivate me. The gravity rider exercise machine must be coming along with a manual to guide you with the most effective exercises. If you don't have that, contact the store where you bought it and ask for a technical person to instruct you with the variations and number of repetitions with each exercise.

Hey Avantika, You can do exercises like the basic ride, biceps curl, close grip pull, the inner thigh ride, etc. You can try with these variations for your gravity rider exercise machine.
