    Good Morning Darlings exercises are a great way to work your abdominal muscles. So if you have a little jelly belly Good Morning Darlings exercise should be very helpful. What you have got to do is lie down on your back. Keep your legs straight and spread them around 6 inches apart. Cross them continuously so at any given time either your right leg is over your left leg or vice-versa. One count of the Good Morning Darlings Exercise would be crossing both legs once - that is left over right and right over left. Build up the repetitions and do at least 30 to 40.

    Good morning darling exercises most targets your lower body lower back and lower abbs. It consist of weight training exercises for your calves, hamstrings, quadriceps, adductor muscles, etc. 20 min of good morning exercises are wonderful to start your energetic day.
