As you were doing basic exercises ta home you can progress to more advanced and varietity of exercises. You can add some lower body exercises too now like Lunges, squats and for upper body like reverse dips, knee on floor push ups and do some cardio exercises like dancing, skipping or even spot march. These will add up a new workout for your body and will help to improve your strength, tone your body and maintain your body fat percentage at normal level.
