The only stomach exercise I know is ab crunches. And believe me these are not fun. When I started of doing crunches I used to throw up and get stomach cramps. But after the first week things started getting better and I was able to increase the number of crunches. I was able to get a six pack in about three weeks. But if you have fat in your stomach then it might take longer. I started improvising after a while and used dumbbells to increase the effort on my stomach. This worked wonders and quickened the six pack process.

    Hi Pooja,
Yes, there are various exercises for your 6 pack abbs, but it take a serious dedication to regul;ar exercises and healthy diet. Any flat tummy workout dosent only include tummy resistance exercises but it should also include some cardio training exercises to normalize your body fat percentage. Once your body fat percentage is in normal level we can work on toning your tummy muscles by doing weight training exercises. Weight training exercises are like crunches, reverse crunches, heel touch, oblique crunches, abbs cycling etc. We need to do these exercises for 30 min in a day for better results.
