There is no ideal time as such to exercise. But I guess early mornings are a good time to work out as your body will be fresh and energetic. Cardio exercises require a lot of stamina and your body will be relaxed in the wee hours of the morning. Of course waking up at that time is quite difficult and this is an entirely different story. But you have to identify what works for you and make sure that you stick to the same time table every single day. This will help more than you know. Hope that clears your doubt.

    Hi Neha,
Any exercise is best at morning but if you run out of time in morning then you can do at any time in a day but not immediately after meals. Researches have shown that working out in morning keeps you up with energy and stamina for whole day and burns little more calories as our metabolism is at highest in morning.
