    Hi Karan,

to calculate your calorie intake, you ll have to first calculate the current calorie intake which you can calculate by tracking your diet on the lifemojo website, it will automatically calculate your current calorie intake, then you need to substract 500 cal per day to bring a weight loss of around 500 gm per week. if you do it succesfully you ll be able to lose the extra 5 kg in 10 weeks.

yes salt intake sure helps in losing weight. excessive salt intake leads to water accumulation in the body cells , it also increases the thirst and you intake more water, leading to further water retention and hence increases in the water weight content ! so decreasing salt will definately help you. all the best for your weight loss journey !

According to my information Exercises alone do nothing if you have make the proper diet plan which you have to follow and which might includes the fruits and vegetables and also pure water and fruits juices . I would suggest you to avoid from fast food too.

Exercise and fitness can be achieved at the same time because when you are doing regular exercise it mean you are getting fitness day by day. A normal person takes 2000 to 2200 calories per day but you aim is to lose weight and getting fit then i think you have to take calories between 1500 to 1700. Stay on less fat and high proteins food items. Do 30 mints regular work out. Also cardio is the best option for getting fitness level.
