Hi Vincentia Gladjah, not all exercises lead to weight loss.Proper diet, regular exercises and healthy lifestyle can help you to be fit.Since weight loss is not your concern, go for strength training with weights, resistance band, tubes etc. If you are not use to exercises progress gradually, also make sure you do proper warm-up before and cool-down after workout. Strengthening exercises causes hypertrophy of muscles which increases your lean body mass and making you fitter. Also include aerobic exercises 3-4times a week, as it is good for your cardiovascular system. Remember your exercises and diet go hand-in-hand, any imbalance can lead to weight fluctuation.
