The reasons for you feeling cold after exercises is generally because your body gets dehydrated and you need to drink lots o water for that. While exercising the heat from your body is transferred in the form water outside the body in the form of sweat. If you are not drinking enough water before or during exercise then it can make your body cold because the body needs to maintain the equal balance. The other reason can be you are working out in a cooler atmosphere to make your body work longer and even this can be one of the reasons for your body to turn cold.

    Hey Lenin,
One of the reason behind this may be that you might be lean. Fat has the property to keep your body warm. Less subcutaneous fat can lead to feel cold after exercises. It can feel like sickness like when you had the flu and you felt this inner cold. The body is just detoxifying at a deeper level in the same way as when you are really sick and overloaded. It happens to people when their organs are not fully used to having blood run through them, they can be overweight or if they are thin and have been inactive.
