because of not affording the gym i have since stopped going there but hav rather shifted to running or jogging every morning for an hour (ABOUT 8KM) 5 days a week.now my problem is the intensity of the exercise im doing now compared to gym i think is lower, so what can i add on to jogging to maximise my training?i do have 1.5 kg dumbells and skipping rope but do not know if running alone with ab exercises is enough or there is more i can do?

    @ Bonola, Hi..
Jogging or skipping are cardio exercises. Cardio exercises would help more to reduce your overall body fat percentage. As Cass is already a thin person and her only concern is flabby thighs then concern area exercises would help to tone her thighs and give it a more firmer look. She can even include other weight training exercises like knee on floor push ups, rowing, etc along with thigh exercises.

    Hi Cass,
If you are already doing weight training exercises like lunges, squats, leg curl, leg pushs, etc then you can do same exercises by making it a 2 sets of 10 counts with heavy weights to tone your thighs. Include only 20 min of brisk walking along with your concern area exercises. Following this type of exercises pattern would help to reduce your thighs inch wise and give it more firmer look.
